Must be 25 years or older to rent or co-rent a vehicle at LW Exotic Rentals. All rentals require a valid drivers license. Driver's licenses will be verified. Auto Insurance coverage with a minimum Public Liability for bodily injury or death to any one person of $250,000 and $500,000 for any one accident. A Property Damage Liability of $100,000, Collison for the value of the vehicle, with a maximum deductible of $2,000 payable in cash-not by a replacement vehicle. Comprehensive, including fire and theft for the full value of the vehicle with a maximum deductible of $2,000 payable in cash-not by a replacement vehicle. If you don't currently have enough auto insurance coverage, please contact your insurance carrier to have your Auto Insurance coverage adjusted during your rental period to reflect the limits. Auto Insurance coverage will be verified prior to signing the rental agreement.

A $250 non-refundable security deposit is required on all vehicles at time of booking. Any required security deposits will be subject to any charge that may incur at time of rental return. For vehicles that require a incidental deposit will be refunded in full if vehicle is returned with damage, excess wear and tear. All vehicles are subject to hauling fee, fuel surcharges, or mileage surcharges, any fees will be taken out of the incidental deposit and/or charged to your credit card on file. A walk around will be completed before and after your rental. Any damages or issues will be noted at this time. Anything not noted on your check-out sheet will be charged once rental is return. It is your responsibility to verify with the agent the accuracy of damages, issues or wear and tear noted on your check-out and check-in paperwork before signing the release.

A background and credit check is required on all rentals above a daily rental of $500. We will need in writing your consent for a credit and background check either via text or email before we can release the vehicle to you. Two referrals is required for all daily rentals rates above $500.

There will be a mileage surcharge for miles over the rental allowance agreed upon. A daily allowance of 100 mile per 24 hour period is provided with each rental. A $6.00 per mile charge will incur for all mileage that exceeds the daily allowance. We do provide mileage packages if you believe you will exceed your daily mileage limit. For a vehicles not returned with a full tank of gas, a $8.00 per gallon fuel surcharge will be charged. We provide you with a full tank of gas when the car is delivered for your use. All rentals are to be returned to LW Exotic Rentals per your rental agreement. If the car does not arrive at our facility by the time allotted on your rental agreement a late charge of $325 plus the cost to tow/haul the vehicle back to our facility.
